From Illness to Wellness
My name is Bev Liebson, founder of Within Me and Cultured Creations.
My work is deeply personal because it was born from my own journey of illness, healing and transformation.
After enduring the heartbreak of nine miscarriages and losing three sets of twins, I was later diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions, including Psoriatic Arthritis and three forms of Psoriasis.


Why fermented foods?
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have used fermentation to preserve food and enhance flavour.
Today, modern science is helping us better understand why these traditional foods have remained an important part of human diets for generations.
